Is it free to enter? Yes, it is free to enter.

Who can enter? The contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of AGInteractive and Kraft Foods, Inc, their consultants, independent contractors and interns of AGInteractive, AmericanGreetings.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies and any organizations responsible for sponsoring, advertising, fulfilling, administering and promoting the Contest and their immediate family and household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter.

What kind of photos can enter the contest? The contest is open to any photo. It can be adults, children, or pets! If you enter a picture that is offensive or questionable in taste, your submission is subject to removal from the contest.

How many photos can I enter into the contest? You can enter as many photos into the contest as you'd like.

What are the prizes? There will be one Grand Prize Winner. The winner will receive one (1) $100 Gift Certificate to Photoworks.com, TOMBSTONE pizza, one (1) pizza oven, and a random selection of family board games, with an approximate retail value of $150. The winner will also receive their choice of either a Video Game Console OR a Digital Camera, each with an approximate total retail value of $250. There will be no substitutions for prizes except due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the exclusive discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

How is the winner determined? The eligible entries will be screened and judged or selected under the supervision and direction of Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner will be judged on creativity and likeability generally by Internet and website users, winning based solely on the number of votes they receive from the time their photo is uploaded, through 11/7/09. The entrant with the highest number of votes will win the Grand Prize.

Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. All prizes will be awarded. Limit one prize per person, family or household.

What if there is a tie? If a tie in the number of votes occurs, then a winner will be chosen from those entries at random by Sponsor.

How can I let my friends and family know about this contest? After you have completed registration into the contest, there is a congratulations page that will have a link. When you click on this, a window will open with links to all of your favorite social networking sites. You can post a message or send a message to all of your friends and family to come and vote for your costume!

Also on the congratulations page there will be a link to send your friends and family an email encouraging them to vote.

What if I don't have a photo in the contest, but think it's something a friend would enjoy? Near the bottom of the voting/challenge page there is another link where you can send your friends and family a notice about the contest and invite them to check it out.

How can I find out who won? Official winners will be contacted by November 15, 2009. Once winners have been notified, the contest home page will be updated with the winners. Please bookmark it if you'd like to come back and see who won!

What if I see an entry into the contest that is not appropriate, or otherwise offensive? There will be report inappropriate links below each photo that is being voted on. Clicking on this link will notify the contest organizers. If the contest organizers feel the entrant is allowable, that entry will be allowed to remain in the contest.
