If they can't locate the email notification of the ecard, please forward the email confirmation (you received this from us when you sent the ecard containing the gift card) to your recipient.
If you don't have the confirmation e-mail, you can send the link or URL for the ecard to your recipient. This will allow the recipient to view the ecard and redeem the gift. Please follow these steps:
