Can I cancel the Amazon.com* Gift Card I purchased?

Amazon.com Gift Cards are only refundable if the ecard containing the Amazon.com Gift Card has been set up for a future delivery date and has not yet been delivered. To cancel a an ecard set for future delivery, please follow the directions below.

1. Go to www.americangreetings.com and sign in to your membership.
2. Put the cursor over the "my ag" link at the top of our website and click on "outbox."
3. Locate the greeting you wish to cancel under "ecards scheduled to be sent." Remember that your outbox is organized by month, so be sure to select the month the card is scheduled to be sent.
4. Click "cancel" to cancel both the ecard and the Amazon.com Gift Card.

Please note that if you have already sent an ecard with an Amazon.com Gift Card*, no refunds can be issued.
