Can I resend an ecard containing an Amazon.com Gift Card?

The only way you can resend an ecard containing an Amazon.com Gift Card* is if it was sent to an invalid email address. In this case, you will receive a mailer daemon informing you that the ecard was sent to an invalid email and is undeliverable. You can resend it from your AmericanGreetings.com Outbox. Please make sure you are signed in to your membership at www.americangreetings.com and then follow the steps below.

Put the cursor over the "my ag" link located at the top of any page, then click on the "outbox" link. Locate the ecard by looking for the date and the recipient's email address. Please remember that your outbox is organized by month, so be sure to select the month the card was originally sent. Click "resend" to resend the ecard.

If there is no resend option next to the ecard, it was successfully delivered to the email address you provided and can't be resent from the Outbox. Please forward the confirmation e-mail (you received this when the ecard was sent) to the recipient. This will provide the link to the ecard so they can redeem their gift.

If you don't have the confirmation e-mail, you can send the link or URL for the ecard to your recipient. This will allow the recipient to view the ecard and redeem the gift. Please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your AmericanGreetings.com membership at www.americangreetings.com
2. Put the cursor over the "my ag" at the top of our website and click on Outbox.
3. Locate the ecard in the Outbox. These are organized by month.
4. Click on View to the right of the email address of the recipient.
5. Copy the URL or address from the address bar at the top of the browser that opens the ecard.
6. Paste the URL into a regular e-mail and send it to the intended recipient.
