What should I do if my recipient hasn't picked up the ecard with the gift membership?
You can either send the ecard and gift membership information you received in your confirmation email to another email address for the recipient, or you can contact the recipient directly and make sure they received the ecard. Be sure to ask them to check their junk email folder for an email from our site.
To locate the gift membership information to send to your recipient, please follow these instructions:
- Locate the confirmation email we sent you when you purchased the gift membership. Included in this email is a URL (link) for your ecard and gift membership.
- Copy the URL that is in your confirmation email.
- Paste this into the body of the email that you are sending to the recipient.
- Send this email to your recipient.
