What should I do if the ecard and gift membership I sent is not deliverable?
For an undeliverable ecard, you can resend the ecard and gift membership to another email address for the recipient.
To resend the ecard to your recipient please follow these instructions:
- Go to the "Undeliverable Ecard" email notification you received
- Click on the re-send link provided in that email
- On the re-send page, please enter a valid email address for your recipient
- Click "submit" to resend your ecard and gift membership
If you do not have the "Undeliverable Ecard" email, you can try the following:
- Locate the confirmation email we sent you when you purchased the gift membership. Included in this email is a URL (link) for your ecard and gift membership.
- Copy the URL that is in your confirmation email.
- Paste this into the body of the email that you are sending to the recipient.
- Send this email to your recipient.
