Why didn't the person I send the mobile ecard to receive it?
Nearly all mobile ecards are successfully delivered. However, every once in a while a wireless carrier can have an outage or a network overload that causes an ecard to go undelivered. Although this is rare, it can happen. If you think one of your ecards went undelivered, contact a customer support representative and they will be able to look up the send.
