My number and carrier are correct, but I did not receive my Text Reminder.

First check with your service provider to see if you have text messages enabled on your phone. For most cell phone plans, there is a cost associated with receiving text messages. Next, manually enter your cell phone's email address by selecting "other" from the "Cell Phone Carrier" drop-down. When finished, set up another cell reminder and test again.
