If one man can start a dance party on a train full of strangers, what’s stopping us from striking up a friendly conversation?
Peter Sharp single-handedly started a dance party on a train in Perth, Australia in order to inspire strangers to stop being afraid to interact with each other and see the love and life that surrounds us every single day.
“It might just seem like a dance on a train, but there’s actually a much deeper message behind what’s gonna happen… it’s gonna mark a turning point from fear-based public spaces to love-based public spaces,” Sharp says in his explanatory YouTube video. “I don’t know if you’ve noticed it, but on the train it’s like this crazy void in space and time where people just disconnect from life and the opportunities that are just sitting right next to them.”
We’re pretty sure that if you watch this video, you can’t help but smile–and be inspired to connect with those around you!
We applaud Peter’s efforts to bring happiness and love to the world and to inspire people with stories of how ordinary people can do extraordinary things.
What little things can you do today to bring more love into the world?
