Using a specific color palette is an easy way to infuse a theme throughout your party (party planning like a pro tip #4). To create your own palette, start with a shade of blue—this can range anywhere from a minty-teal to a bold, intense blue—and then add on from there. We love how people can make something as simple as a peanut butter and jelly sandwich into “sea” food. Peanut butter and jelly-fish sandwiches anyone? You can stick to simple ideas, like “sea water” bottles or arranging cupcakes into a fish (with the addition of what looks like cookies to create fins and the head). Or, you could create treats that are a little more intense, like candy sushi or turtle cakes.
