Thanks to one of our favorite bloggers – Jess Simpson, of Forgiving Martha, for inspiring us to try a yummy vegan pasta alfredo recipe that is absolutely perfect for a Sunday night dinner – especially during the end of January! Nothing much says comfort better than a big bowl of pasta with a rich and creamy sauce – oh and did we mention it’s vegan?
Pasta is also a great idea for dinner parties because it’s super simple to make in large quantities, and what goes better with pasta than wine!?! We recommend getting a group of friends and family together, making this recipe and catching up on life for a while. Heck, throw a couple logs on the fire and it couldn’t get much better!
