Fill out the video request form. Stars have up to 7 days to respond. Click 24-hour delivery if you need it sooner.

Go to the American Greetings gallery and pick a customizable card to send with your celebrity video gift.

SEND THE CARD & VIDEO

Once your Cameo video is ready, you will be able to send it online along with your digital card.

Cameo FAQs

You can reach out to any of the available celebrities right from the Cameo website or app!

When you're ready to book, just log into your account (or create one), and go to the celeb's profile page. If you're requesting a video for personal use, click the the "Book a personal video" button, fill out the booking form, and complete the booking! If you're requesting a video for commercial or promotional purposes, book a Business Cameo video by selecting "Use Cameo for business" instead!

Once you send your request over to a celebrity, they'll have up to 7 days to fulfill the request (for a regular Cameo) or 24 hours for a 24hr delivery Cameo. You can check the status of your request in the Cameo app, on the website and from the link in your confirmation email.

If the request is declined or expires, you'll receive a notification and email letting you know.

When the celebrity completes your request, you'll receive a notification and email with a link to view the completed Cameo! .

Yep! You can edit your instructions from the app, the site, and from the link in your confirmation email.

Cameo website: Once you're logged in, click the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your screen, and select 'Orders'. From there, just tap "Modify" on your request. As a heads up, you'll only see this option if the request is "active".

Cameo app: Just open the app and tap on your profile picture in the lower right corner. Select 'Your orders' from that screen. From there, just tap "Modify" on your request. As a heads up, you'll only see this option if the request is "active".

Once your request has been fulfilled, you'll receive an email, push, or text notification depending on the type of notification preferences you selected at checkout.

You'll also be able to find your completed Cameo video requests from your orders page on the app and cameo.com.
