DIY Locker Decor - Tissue Paper Gem Magnets

Rock school lockers with these cool and super-cute DIY tissue paper gem magnets that are so easy to make and also great for keeping reminders front-and-center on the fridge.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Tissue paper
  • Foam brush
  • Glass gems
  • Paper
  • Craft glue
  • Hole Punch
  • Magnets

First, you will need to cut out your tissue paper circles. For a cleaner cut, fold a piece of paper in half and slide your tissue paper into the sleeve you’ve made.

Using a 1” hole punch, punch out some circles. (Hint: the paper sleeve gives you a much cleaner, easier cut!)

You then apply a thin coat glossy craft glue (thin coat) on the back of your glass gems.

Gently press a circle of tissue paper into the glue.

Once the glue has dried, you can apply a self-adhesive magnet for a super cute magnet for your fridge or school locker.
