Q: What is Creatacard?
A: Creatacard is a fun way for kids to use their creativity and our exciting new technology to make real paper cards that connect them to the important people in their lives. Quick and intuitive, this iPad app helps teach children to think about others, and allows them to express and share in a way that feels like play (because it is!). And it's safe! Kids create, adults send, so the only surprise you'll have is the awesome card when it's finished.
Q: How does my child create a card from scratch?
A: Between our drawing tools and your child's imagination, a beautiful one-of-a-kind creation is as close as your iPad. Step-by-step prompts will guide your child through the selection of tools to the entire process of designing and personalized messaging on the cover and inside of the card that will ensure your child's creation is a real keepsake. Just imagine how the receiver will feel! Even if you've never done anything like this before, we have, and we've got you covered.
Q: How does my child customize a card?
A: Not up for creating a card from scratch? Not a problem. Pick one of our awesome designs, and our fields will prompt you to add pics, message, and name to create a truly unique greeting. The inside and outside of the finished card is a wonderful hybrid of professional and personal. Just add you!
Q: Why am I seeing a warning about the photo that I've added?
A: We only want to print the best for you! Therefore, through complex calculations we figure out if the photo that you have added is high enough in resolution for print. If not, please replace it with another photo.
Q: Can I use my existing AmericanGreetings.com login to access this app?
A: At this time, you cannot use your AmericanGreetings.com account, but we are working hard to make this happen in the near future.
Q: Why do I have to create an account?
A: We ask that you create an account so that when you send a card, it will automatically be addressed from you. Also, by creating an account you will be able to view some details about previous orders.
Q: Do you keep my credit card information in your system?
A: As a registered user, you may store your credit card information to save time during the checkout process. It is our top priority to insure that your credit card information is entirely safe. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number to prevent unauthorized access.
Q: Do you allow for orders to be canceled?
A: We thank you for your order, but unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order after you submit it. When you place your order, it goes straight to our printing press for production.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: We ship our orders in approximately 1-2 business days. Please be sure to take this and the shipping time (3-5 business days for standard; 7-15 business days for international) into account when placing an order that would need to be delivered by a specific date.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: California and Ohio law requires us to charge sales tax on cards sent to California or Ohio. This tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order during the checkout process.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We take great care to provide you with the best product possible. If there is a problem with the craftsmanship of your custom printed cards, we will gladly provide you with a monetary refund.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cards that contain spelling, punctuation, or other text errors or for custom image cards that are poorly composed or that did not initially meet our pixel requirements for printing.
Q: Where's my card? It says my card has been delivered but it hasn't been received?
A: The status of your card in "Where's my card" is an approximation. Once we ship, it is in the hands of US Postal Service.
